I am interested in oil company road maps, either rare ones from prior to, say, the mid 1930s or others that are particularly graphic or visually interesting. I collect any oil company and any state, city, region or country.

Anyone interested in road maps should check out the very informative and colorful book which I just wrote called "Hitting the Road: the Art of the American Road Map." It was published in may by Chronicle Books out of San Francisco and should be available from any major book store.
