Notes:
Maps
from 1926 to 1936 have a code on the front cover, consisting of 3 or 4 numbers
separated by dashes. From 1926 to 1929, this code appears to indicate the date
of issue, indicated in "day-month-year" format. From 1930 until early
1935, an edition number is appended to the beginning of the issue date (4
number code, "edition-day-month-year"). Starting with the 2nd edition
for 1935, and continuing through 1936, it appears that the day was dropped from
the code, changing the format to "edition-month-year". This code was
dropped in 1937 and thereafter.
The
[1966] map is dated by comparison to earlier and later maps.
It
is believed that two versions (English & French) were produced annually
since 1978. Only known versions are listed.
