Notes:

Maps from 1927 to 1936 have a code on the front cover, consisting of 3 or 4 numbers separated by dashes. From 1927 to 1929, this code appears to indicate the date of issue, indicated in "day-month-year" format. From 1930 until early 1935, an edition number is appended to the beginning of the issue date (4 number code, "edition-day-month-year"). Starting with the 2nd edition for 1935, and continuing through 1936, it appears that the day was dropped from the code, changing the format to "edition-month-year". This code was dropped in 1937 and thereafter.

 

The [1966] map is dated by comparison to earlier and later maps.

 

Two versions of the maps from 1985 and 1995 exist, one printed in French and one in English. Similar varieties probably exist for other years as well.
