Notes:

In addition to the maps listed below, Highway Condition Maps are known to exist from the 1950s. A note on these says that they were published on the 20th of April, June, August, October and December for public display only, and were not available for private use. Although these maps are not listed here, they appear to be the closed thing to an official New York map during this period.
