Notes:

The 1948 and 1949 maps do not contain any indication of a date, other than the numbers "8" and "9" in the lower left corner of the maps. Since the 1950 through 1954 maps, which are dated on the cover, have similar codes ("0", "1", etc.), it can reasonably be assumed that the "9" indicates the year 1949.

 

From 1960-61 to 1968-69, the maps have essentially the same cover, except for different color combinations in the lettering.

 

Maps from 1975 to 1982 have two covers which could be considered the front. Only one is described here.
