Notes:

A letter from the Indiana DOT states that the first map was published in 1930, and continued annually until 1942. No map was produced in 1943 or 1944 because of World War II. They state that a map was produced annually between 1945 and 1962, so it is possible that there may be 1954 and 1955 editions, although neither one is known to exist.

 

Several of the covers described as "clr photo" appear to be highly retouched photographs, and look very much like drawings.
