Notes:

Starting in 1972 (possibly 1971), a new base map by Gousha was used. These maps generally have a copyright date at the bottom of the back cover, and a date indication at the bottom of the map legend. The notation at the bottom of the map legend is indicated on this list with brackets {}, i.e. {1972 Ed A}. From 1972 (or 1971) until 1980, two maps were issued each year - edition A and edition B. From 1981 to the present, only one map was issued each year. Generally, the legend contains a two-year date, such as 1987-88, whereas the copyright date on the back cover is a single year. This list has chosen to use the single-year copyright dates. Thus, for example, two separate years are listed for 1987 and 1988, instead of two varieties of one date (1987-88 A and 1987-88 B).

 

According to FL-DOT, no map was produced in 1997.
