Notes:

Many Colorado maps since 1965 have a code in the lower left corner of the opened map. When this code can be used to date the map or differentiate between versions of the map for a single year, it is shown as {x}. "{ }" refers to a blank lower left corner. "dtd code" is used when this code is the only basis for dating the map. In recent years, where the copyright date and the date code do not match, the later date is used.
